About Me

I'm a 23-year old journalist and have recently finished my MA in Journalism at The University in Sheffield.

I currently freelance at BBC Three Counties Sport, and have experience across The Sheffield Star, The Sunday Mirror, Mail Sport, and The Independent.

A short placement at BBC Look East while I was in Sixth Form cemented that this is what I wanted to do, and so I emailed Dan Walker for advice.

This led to me doing my first degree in History, subsequently my MA in Sheffield, where I am working towards 100wpm shorthand to get my gold standard NCTJ.

I love working across a variety of media, and have had experience with radio, TV, and social media storytelling as well as more traditional forms of news writing.
